In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, 77lj's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 77lj's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
77lj reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited if it is determined that the balance was derived from prohibited conduct. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

77lj's operations are subject to oversight by PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. Where a dispute relates to regulatory compliance, you may also have the right to escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published procedures.
